The next closet town would be Gainesville, MO where there is a grocery store, gas stations, some shopping, and a few restaurants.
Branson, Mo is about one hour and twenty minutes from the property which offers several different attractions such as Silver Dollar City, Showboat Branson Belle, Dixie Stampede, and Tanger Outlet Malls. Springfield, Mo is another 30 minutes from Branson and also has many different attraction to enjoy such as Springfield Nature Center, Bass Pro Shops, and Battlefield Mall. Both towns also have many different restaurants for you to enjoy.

Terms & Pricing
Lease/Purchase: $14,900, $1,000 Down, $190/Month. Down payment in addition to first months payment due together. Then the payments are just $190 a month on a lease/purchase agreement.
Half of each payment for the first 36 months, plus your down payment and anything extra you wish to pay, will be subtracted from the $14,900. After that we will finance the remaining balance at $190 a month including 9 3/4% interest. There are no balloon payments and no prepayment penalties and if you want to pay extra at any time it will just come off the balance. Upon completion of the contract, buyer will receive a limited warranty deed.
