Terms & Pricing
Lease/Purchase: $17,900, $1,200 Down, $200/Month. Down payment in addition to first months payment due together. Then the payments are just $200 a month on a lease/purchase agreement.
Half of each payment for the first 36 months, plus your down payment and anything extra you wish to pay, will be subtracted from the $17,900. After that we will finance the remaining balance at $200 a month including 9.75% interest. There are no balloon payments and no prepayment penalties and if you want to pay extra at any time it will just come off the balance. Upon completion of the contract, buyer will receive a warranty deed free and clear!
